SNOWXUEGAO.COM accepts returns or exchanges on US web orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed immediately as store credit under your email address for the value of the returned products. Store credit can be used at SNOWXUEGAO.COM and Snow Xue Gao Flagship Stores, and there are no expiration dates for store credit.

For returns, we offer free return shipping. You can process the returns by yourself with Login your SNOWXUEGAO Account.

Or you can email your Order Number and Product Name to: store@snowxuegao.com to receive your RMA number and free return shipping label. Please print the return shipping label we provided and ship per instructions. International orders are final sales, and will not accept returns or exchanges.

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or other items at the same price. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the available size or item you would like to exchange it for in your email.

This return policy is valid only for purchases made at SNOWXUEGAO.COM. Online orders cannot be returned to a Snow Xue Gao store location. We do not accept returns from other retailers that carry Snow Xue Gao pieces.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, SNOWXUEGAO.COM reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements. All SNOWXUEGAO.COM returns must be returned by sending them back directly to our warehouse at 208 Bowery, Ground floor, New York, NY 10012. In-store returns are not accepted at our retail locations for SNOWXUEGAO.COM orders.
