Online Order General Return Policy 

• SNOWXUEGAO.COM accepts unlimited exchange or return for store credit only on all U.S. online orders within 30 days of the delivery date.
  Store credit will issued under your SNOW XUE GAO account, linked to the same email address used for your purchase. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used both online and at our NYC flagship store.
  
• Any return received after 30 days or in used condition will be returned to the sender and not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after your returned item is received by our e-commerce warehouse. Your refund will be issued as store credit under your SNOW XUE GAO customer account. To check your store credit, simply log in to your account on our website using the same email address used at checkout.
  

• Please note all domestic (U.S) orders return or exchange will be charged a standard $25 USD restocking shipping fee. All international orders will be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  
• This return policy is valid only for purchases made at SNOWXUEGAO.COM. Online orders cannot be returned to a Snow Xue Gao store location. We do not accept returns from other retailers that carry Snow Xue Gao pieces. In-store returns are not accepted at our retail locations for SNOWXUEGAO.COM orders. SNOWXUEGAO.COM reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements.

In-Store Order General Return Policy 

• Exchanged or returned as store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit Only.
• Returned items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and please remember to bring along your receipt.
